Search Team Training

Covers pastoral recruitment processes including resume sourcing, job description development, and interview preparation. Resources examine characteristics of healthy congregations and recommended reading materials are provided.

Revitalization Coaching

Addresses declining attendance through strategic brainstorming on growth across worship, discipleship, fellowship, ministry, and missions. Flexible formats range from a single meeting to ongoing monthly coaching sessions.

College Student Internships

Develops young leaders in church growth strategies, community outreach, and disciple-making. Participants engage through small group study, Bible study, and hands-on community service.

Sunday School Training

Staff-led workshops covering how to deepen relationships, improve discussions, expand prayer ministries, develop guest invitation strategies, and grow new leaders and classes across all age groups.
